1 19 credits or more in one of the Secondary Teaching Areas.
2 If Secondary Teaching area is English, Foreign Language, Journalism, or Speech, take 
9 hours of science, which must include at least 3 hours of biology and 3 hours of either chemistry, 
geology, or physics.  Six of the nine hours must be in the same science; credit cannot be awarded
for both GEOL 225 and GEOL 105.
3 If Secondary Teaching area is Biology, Chemistry, Geology, or Physics, take 6 hours of Humanities
(Arts, English, History, Journalism, Modern Language, Speech, or Interdisciplinary Humanities). 
4 If Secondary Teaching Area is Biology, take any 3-credit Chemistry, Geology or Physics elective.
If Secondary Teaching Area is Chemistry, Physics or Geology take any 3-credit Biology elective.
5 Behavioral Science elective chosen from ANTH, CJUS, ECON, GEOG, POLS, PSYC, or SOCI.
6 If Secondary Teaching area is Business, take another "Arts" or "Humanities" course
