You can receive support for a Macintosh by calling 482-1145. A graduate student is assigned to do technical support for faculty and staff Monday - Friday from 12 to 4 PM.

Faculty and staff needing support for a computer running Windows have the following support option:

The University provides hardware and software support for machines running windows. Request support by calling (482-5516) or emailing (helpdesk@louisiana.edu) the UL Help Desk.
